Philosophy

We are born free as brilliant beautiful balls of light and love. Unburdened by the complexities of society. We want simple things - love, comfort, food, and rest. We look at the world curiously, finding joy in the sounds, lights, colors, and comforts of another's arms. As we learn how to engage with the world around us we don’t worry about doing it right or pretty, we simply strive for connection. Our bodies teach us what feels good, what we need, what we like or don’t like. In this process of innocent discovery we are also being taught how to fit into the frameworks our societies have built. Many of these frameworks were not designed for our expansion but rather for our submission/containment/enslavement. As we grew we took on pieces of these frameworks as our truths, we made ourselves smaller to fit the boxes, dampened our own lights to protect ourselves, were wounded, and learned it was unsafe to be free. 

In a society not designed for us to thrive we forget ourselves. We forget that as balls of light what we do innately is we burn - we burn bright and beautiful. If we allow for our innate abilities to thrive we will burn past all that limits us, all the things we picked up that aren’t us. We alchemize our experience into the light that is our unique brilliant truth, an expression of love that is all our own.

As a healer, I gently guide clients to fully harness their light. We do this by reprogramming unwanted patterns, overcoming past traumas, strengthening our emotional intelligence, and developing embodied relating skills, and we anchor all of this in love and play. I want to empower you to live into your vision for your life by giving you the tools to rise above your reactions and live an intentional life full of joy.
