I am a creative liberationist, designing experiences that support our healing through love. As a queer integrative embodiment practitioner, bodyworker, death doula, collective imagination practitioner, community organizer, and artist, I aim to inspire people to liberation through joy, ease, and play. Offering tools to help us realize our body's innate ability to heal trauma, develop secure connections, and grow beyond our pain. I support people in learning to rise above reactions and stay centered through the complexities of life. Rooted in healing justice and embodied social justice praxes my work dances between body and emotional intelligence education, relationship building with ourselves and the earth, ceremony, imagination, storytelling and performance art. I specialize in sexual assault, and domestic violence healing, guiding people to rediscover the feeling of safety and security in their own bodies and in connection with others.
